• Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuitry, and calibration procedures.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and medical device standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, service, and repair aesthetic/medical laser devices and related systems
• Perform preventive maintenance checks for safety, reliability, and performance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, software, and mechanical faults
• Collaborate with service team and report to management on device performance
• Provide technical support and training to clients
• Ensure compliance with Australian safety and industry standards
