About the role:
We are currently seeking an Electrical Engineer (Intermediate/Senior) to join our growing team.
Activities would include:
Provide FEED and Detail Design: LV Distribution and HV Networks.
Lightning Protection and Earthing Design.
Hazardous Area Design, Equipment Selection & Area Classification.
Hazardous Area Inspections & Verification.
Electrical Safety Compliance Auditing.
Rail Traction Power System Inspections & Auditing.
Estimating and Tendering.
Home office (WFH) based predominantly, plus travel to client sites as/when required.
About you:

What we're looking for:
Minimum 2 years onsite project engineering (Electrical) experience.
Valid Australian Driver’s License
South East Queensland based highly desirable
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (Engineers Australia Accredited / Washington accord).
Electrical inspection experience.
Strong understanding of AS/NZS 3000, AS/NZS 3008, AS 2067
Experience delivering HV/LV distribution systems, protection, control equipment, and instrumentation design.
Strong understanding of AS/NZS 60079 classification, equipment selection and design.
Experience using modelling software for earthing and power system studies (PTW experience highly desirable).
Experience conducting: Fault and Protection studies, Arc Flash studies, Pipeline Risk Assessments, HA Classifications.
Design Tendering and Budgeting experience.
