Qualifications

A recognised qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience in building services electrical design or project delivery.
Knowledge of Australian Standards and the National Construction Code.
Experience with Revit and electrical design tools such as PowerCAD or AGi32.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Chartered status, NER registration or eligibility to progress toward professional accreditation.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the design and delivery of electrical systems for building services projects across sectors such as commercial, healthcare, education, laboratories, data centres, sports, industrial and precinct-scale developments.
Prepare, review and coordinate electrical design documentation, calculations, specifications and reports from concept through to construction delivery.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, architects, contractors and other project stakeholders to achieve integrated design outcomes.
Apply relevant Australian Standards, the National Construction Code and sound engineering judgement to deliver safe, compliant and efficient solutions.
Support sustainable, resilient and low-carbon design outcomes aligned with project and client objectives.
For senior-level candidates: lead project delivery, manage scope, program and quality, mentor junior engineers and contribute to client relationships, bids and business development activities.
