Zusammenfassung

RSGx Engineering designs electrical infrastructure for data centres and critical facilities, delivering grid connections, distribution and substations across Australia. You will work on concept and detailed design with internal teams, clients, network providers and construction teams.

As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will ensure high-availability electrical systems, collaborate on technically demanding projects on the east coast, and adhere to Australian standards and project requirements.

Qualifikationen

• A degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Proven experience in electrical design within data centres or critical infrastructure.
• Strong experience with grid connection, distribution and/or substation design.
• Understanding of DNSP/NSP connection processes and requirements.
• Experience with HV switchgear, transformers, protection, earthing and related substation systems.
• Ability to develop and interpret single-line diagrams, schematics and electrical design documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, PowerCAD or equivalent electrical design platforms.
• Strong knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and electrical industry requirements.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
