Job summary

Airnergy Electrical & Air Conditioning on the Gold Coast is seeking a motivated first-year Electrical Apprentice to join the growing team. You will work alongside qualified electricians and refrigeration mechanics on residential, commercial and air conditioning projects across the Gold Coast.

We value a great attitude, reliability and a genuine desire to learn, with mentoring from experienced tradesmen and exposure to modern systems and a variety of projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist qualified electricians with electrical maintenance and repairs.

• Support property management maintenance and general labouring on sites.

Airnergy Electrical & Air Conditioning is looking for a motivated first-year Electrical Apprentice to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is serious about building a long-term career in the electrical industry while learning from experienced electricians working across residential, commercial and air conditioning projects throughout the Gold Coast.

We are looking for someone with a great attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn.

About the Role

As an apprentice, you will work alongside qualified electricians and refrigeration mechanics assisting with:

• Electrical maintenance and repairs

• Split system and ducted air conditioning installations

• Fault finding and diagnostics

• Residential and commercial electrical work

• Property management maintenance

• General labouring and site preparation

• Loading materials and maintaining vehicles and equipment

• Learning safe work practices and industry standards

Every day is different, providing a broad range of experience and excellent learning opportunities.

Highly Regarded

Applicants who have already completed or commenced a Certificate II in Electrotechnology (Career Start) will be viewed favourably.

Previous labouring, trade assistant or construction experience is also advantageous but not essential.
