Job description

THE ROLE

The position of Control Systems Engineer requires a dynamic individual with the technical knowledge and experience to ensure the effective design, installation, testing, and commissioning of EI&C equipment. This role involves designing and implementing site automation equipment in Ag solution projects.

  • Development and deployment of automation, GPS, and IoT-based control systems
  • Design and management of Fixed, Wi-Fi, and LoRaWAN networks for industrial automation
  • Collaboration with software, service, and mechatronics teams for control system optimization
  • Advanced troubleshooting and tier 2+3 support for control IoT, GPS, and network issues
  • Research and development of AI-driven automation, predictive maintenance, and remote monitoring solutions

Key skills and competencies include:

  • Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or Networking Engineering
  • Experience in PLC programming (Omron, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, Beckhoff), HMI, and IoT gateway development
  • Experience with GPS-based control systems, LoRaWAN, Wi-Fi, and industrial networking
  • Proficiency in automation protocols (MODBUS, MQTT, OPC-UA) and remote-control technologies
  • Strong background in hardware and software integration for real-time automation
  • Knowledge of compliance standards, safety regulations, and industrial cybersecurity best practices
