- Demonstrated experience of at least 5 years, working in a similar role performing business analysis activities including workshop facilitation, supporting the successful delivery of high-impact and high-value initiatives that lead to meaningful change.
- Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating with technical SME's to define and obtain an understanding of business needs, technical constraints, and technical concepts and present them in simple terms.
- Demonstrated experience in effectively managing multiple business stakeholders, and establishing effective working relationships with stakeholders.
- Proven experience, of at least 2 years, in a role relating to cloud platforms (preferably Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure) including delivery of new services.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively liaise and keep stakeholders informed and engaged, both verbally and in writing. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, cultivating productive working relationships across multiple projects and business areas.
- Experience working in Government or providing services to Government agency
- Demonstrated experience and flexibility to adapt to agile and waterfall processes to deliver projects.
