• Contract start 24 April 2023 to 12 months, 12 months extensions.

This role is responsible for ongoing development of systems architecture blueprints for projects across finance domain, with specific focus on delivery of the service enhancement and digital transformation objectives.

Duties

• Deliver high quality solution architectures that are fit for business purpose
• Align solutions with Agency goals and objectives and Enterprise Architecture reference models, principles, policies, standards and roadmaps
• Working alongside the finance team and key solution stakeholders to ensure expected business outcomes are achieved
• Maintain technical oversight and helps solve complex issues arising during project delivery
• Present the project solution at approval at the appropriate Governance Councils

• Bachelor of Science/Business in Information Technology or equivalent tertiary qualification is mandatory
• Excellent facilitation, listening, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Broad technical & architectural background delivering solution architectures for projects; experience balancing project and program, project and organisational goals, as well as tactical and strategic drivers.
• Experience working on finance projects, including working with payments systems, transformation teams, UX/CX designers, and assistant technology enabled (Accessibility Compliant) applications.
• Familiar with deployment in public and private government approved cloud and associated security considerations; experience working in both Agile and Structured delivery environments
• Ability to translate business capabilities requirements into technology requirements.
• Experience leading finance transformation programs and payments systems
• TOGAF certified or equivalent IT architectural qualification
• Azure or AWS cloud architectural certifications
• Experience in UML & exposure to SalesForce
