Job summary

Softtest Pays Pty invites an EL1 DevOps Engineer (Labour Hire) to support the NDIA's Salesforce and MuleSoft development. You will work with CRM developers, testing teams and key stakeholders to enable delivery of critical initiatives from design through deployment.

Based in Tasmania, you will manage cloud and data infrastructure, prioritise work queues, ensure best-practices in integration, and lead agile project teams while negotiating requirements to achieve outcomes for the Agency.

Qualifications

• Salesforce development experience
• MuleSoft integration experience
• Experience with CRM systems

The EL1 DevOps Engineer (Labour Hire) will work closely with key business stakeholders, CRM developers and testing teams to enable and support Salesforce and MuleSoft development across the Agency. The role will also manage critical internal and external stakeholder relationships, representing and negotiating on behalf of the NDIA to support delivery outcomes and advance Agency objectives across a range of forums.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Design, development, deployment, and support of the Agency's Cloud & Data Infrastructure.
• Prioritising and managing the work queue to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
• Ensuring that all solutions adhere to integration best practices and are well documented.
