Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior CIAM Software Engineer / Technical Lead to deliver large-scale Consumer Identity and Access Management solutions within a complex and highly regulated environment.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will build features, review code, resolve complex technical issues and guide the team's engineering practices. You will also mentor other engineers and contribute to solution design, estimation and delivery planning.

• Experience customising and integrating CIAM platforms such as Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock or Ping Identity.
• Experience using AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor or similar.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and foster a collaborative, innovative team environment.

Highly Desirable

• Experience configuring and customising SaaS‑based CIAM services.
• Experience building and integrating microservices in AWS, Azure or Google Cloud environments.
