The role will champion cultural safety, strengthen employee engagement, and support meaningful career development opportunities for First Nations employees.
This leadership role sits within the People & Culture Unit in the Business, Communications and Publishing Services Group. It plays a key role in leading workforce reporting within AIHW's Human Resources (HR) function, driving diversity and inclusion initiatives, and performing the Indigenous Liaison Officer (ILO) function by providing cultural support, advocacy and mentoring to First Nations staff.
