The role leads the Financial Operations team, overseeing accounts receivable/payable, vendor management, and travel and credit card policies to support departmental outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated capability consistent with EL1 work level standards.

• Be able to lead a team through uncertainty and change/implementation of a new FMIS system.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable/receivable and FMIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Financial Operations team to deliver high-quality financial services.
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable processes and related activities.
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate system enhancements with FMIS Services team.
