The Library is seeking to fill a ongoing EL1 Assistant Director, Solution Architect role in the Strategy and Architecture Section of the Digital Branch.
The Assistant Director, Solution Architect provides a dedicated point of technical leadership between business needs and delivery. The role helps ensure technology decisions are made consistently, risks are identified early and delivery teams have clear direction before implementation begins.
We are looking for an experienced solution architect who can work confidently across business and technical teams, exercise sound judgement and turn complex problems into practical, supportable solutions. The ideal applicant will be collaborative, pragmatic and comfortable influencing decisions without over-engineering, with strong experience across applications, integration, cyber and modern technology environments.
