Job summary

Agri Labour Australia is seeking reliable Process Workers for an egg grading and packing operation in Kinglake West, Victoria. You will inspect, grade, stamp and pack eggs to meet daily targets in a fast-paced food processing setting, with emphasis on accuracy, food safety and teamwork.

Previous packing or production experience is valued. The role involves a rotating roster, potential overtime, and a base hourly rate of $32.18–$33.11 with approx. 38–40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Previous packing or production experience is highly desirable.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily production targets.
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
• Flexible to work across a rotating roster, including weekends.
• Willing to complete a pre-employment physical medical assessment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and grade eggs according to quality standards.
• Pack eggs into cartons and packaging materials accurately.
• Ensure eggs are stamped, sealed and labelled correctly.
• Meet daily production and packing targets.
• Maintain accurate production and grading records.
• Follow HACCP, food safety and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with cleaning equipment and work areas.
• Report damaged products or hazards to supervisors.
• Collaborate with the production team to maintain smooth operations.
