Qualifications

• Must have previous pick-and-pack or similar warehousing experience.
• Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment.
• Physically able to perform manual handling.
• Reliable and proactive team member with a can-do attitude.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick products from warehouse shelves accurately according to order lists.
• Pack items securely for safe delivery.
• Check orders for accuracy and quality before dispatch.
• Label and prepare goods for dispatch.
• Receive deliveries and check stock against purchase orders.
• Put away stock into correct warehouse locations.
• Assist with stock organisation and cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment and report issues.
• Communicate order status and delays to the team.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
