About The Role

Making Lives Better and Happier Ageing are at the heart of what we do—enabling members of our aging and disabled community to live fulfilling lives at home for as long as possible, doing what they love.

We provide around-the-clock care, with visits scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet client needs.

Job Requirements
Responsibilities
  • Provide a genuine, compassionate, and personalized care experience to our clients.
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship.
  • Deliver care according to the client's care plan developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse).
  • Ensure safety and proper use of equipment.
  • Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to identify and report client care concerns.
  • Reliable transportation to client homes.
  • Own vehicle is an asset for drivers.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Minimum Cert III in Aged Care, Community Support, Individual Support, or Disability, or extensive industry experience.
  • National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons sector).
  • Working With Children Check.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module completion.
  • NDIS Clearance.
