  • Supporting John Lewis & Nick van Vliet with all aspects of the listing and selling process
  • Actively prospecting to generate opportunities for John Lewis & Nick van Vliet
  • Providing exceptional customer service to vendors and purchasers
  • Preparing and attending open inspections & auctions
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and product knowledge
  • Working alongside a high-performing agent to hone your skills and develop your sales career

A Bit About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

  • A current Real Estate Licence (essential)
  • A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
  • Proven sales experience in a similar role (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
