Description

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your role will include:

1. Process high-volume, end-to-end payroll
2. Coach and develop Payroll Officers
3. Interpret and apply relevant legislation, awards, and EBAs
4. Generate regular payroll related reports
5. Prepare and lodge payroll tax, superannuation, and other statutory reporting
6. Conduct payroll reconciliations and assist with audits and year-end processing
7. Other ad hoc tasks as required

Profile

We are seeking experienced payroll candidates with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. The role will require candidates who can work across multiple EBAs / Awards and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
