About the Team:

TikTok's Client Partners are responsible for building long-term partnerships with clients, educating and informing them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Focusing on Australian ecommerce brands, we seek Client Partners with knowledge and expertise in product and performance advertising to support brand growth and overseas expansion.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities
  2. Drive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships with direct clients through a consultative approach
  3. Create compelling sales propositions and presentations using internal and external data for respective regions
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives
  5. Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service to ensure high-quality customer service
  6. Coordinate seamless campaign execution through team collaboration
  7. Monitor and analyze ad campaigns proactively to enhance performance
  8. Update clients on TikTok products and developments, educating them on best practices

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of platform and industry experience, including retail and ecommerce client experience
  • Exceptional consultative selling skills with knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital marketing
  • Ability to discuss brand, performance, and ad-tech with passion for creativity and TikTok
  • Strong foundational knowledge of performance media, auction, and biddable digital advertising buying

  • Proven track record of winning stakeholder support and exceeding sales goals
  • Thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and innovative thinking
