The Role

Qube Ports is seeking a Strategic Growth Analyst to identify and drive key growth opportunities through data-driven insights, market analysis, and strategic planning. You will work cross-functionally to optimise business performance, identify growth opportunities, and support high-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify, pursue, and analyze suitable acquisition targets, infrastructure development, and organic growth opportunities.
2. Provide financially driven insights to support strategic pursuits, supported by financial modelling and detailed briefing notes.
3. Assist with tender specification packages alongside the Commercial Team, including pricing, research, and strategic insights.
4. Provide monthly reporting to management on opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Minimum undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Mathematics, or Engineering.
2. Post-graduate qualifications such as CPA or equivalent are desirable.
3. Experience in commercial and customer relationship management.

Key Competencies & Skills

1. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
3. Strong financial modelling skills.
4. Ability to manage conflicting priorities over extended periods.
5. Ability to work independently and within a team.
6. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
