Our client, a leading Japanese company located in Perth CBD, is seeking a dedicated Assistant Accountant to join their finance team. You will be responsible for financial data processing and administrative support. Responsibilities
What you will Do?
• Input sales data for USD and CNY customers accurately and promptly
• Match and verify funds received for USD and CNY sales transactions
• Register new customers and vendors in the SAP system efficiently
• Process employee reimbursement requests with attention to detail
• Assist in reconciling tonnage reports with sales data as needed
• Assist with month end processes as required.
• Assist in general administrative duties
Your Profile
Your Skills
• Understanding of accounting principles
• Recent graduates with bachelor's or master's degree in accounting is welcome to apply
• Must be Australian Permanent Resident or an Australian Citizen
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
