About The Role

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes within your assigned section. You’ll bring a strong understanding of culinary techniques and ingredients, and you’ll take pride in leading by example—guiding and mentoring junior chefs to uphold the highest standards in every dish served.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with hotel standards
  2. Oversee operations in your designated kitchen section
  3. Supervise and support junior chefs, ensuring consistent performance and development
  4. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance in the kitchen
  5. Work collaboratively with the kitchen brigade to deliver an exceptional dining experience
What We're Looking For
  1. Proven experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role within a hotel or high-volume kitchen
  2. In-depth knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and food presentation
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills
  4. Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver consistent results
  5. Passion for food, innovation, and hospitality
