Job summary

The YMCA Stanthorpe Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) team is recruiting energetic and caring Educators on a casual basis. You will supervise and engage children before and after school, and assist with Vacation Care activities in a positive, inclusive environment.

We value fun, energy and creativity, with a strong commitment to safety and child wellbeing, including First Aid, CPR and Blue Card requirements being met or pursued. Join a not-for-profit with regional impact.

Qualifications

• Hold or studying towards a Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services.
• A great sense of fun, energy and creativity.
• A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• A valid Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children in Before & After School sessions.
• Run or assist with a variety of hands-on activities during Vacation Care.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive space where all children feel safe, supported and inspired to grow.
• Promote children's wellbeing, confidence, and friendships through play.

Are you passionate about promoting children's wellbeing and confidence? We are currently recruiting energetic and caring Educators to join our YMCA Stanthorpe Outside School Hours Care team on a casual basis.
