Job summary

YMCA Churchill Outside School Hours Care is seeking casual Educators to supervise before and after school programs and engage children in a safe, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Hold or study towards a Cert III or Diploma in Children’s Services, School Age Education and Care or similar.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children in Before & After School sessions.
• Run or assist with a variety of hands-on activities during Vacation Care.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive space where all children feel safe, supported and inspired to grow.
• Promote children’s wellbeing, confidence, and friendships through play.

Are you passionate about promoting children’s wellbeing and confidence? We are currently recruiting energetic and caring Educators to join our YMCA Churchill Outside School Hours Care team on a casual basis.

What You’ll Do
