Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a passionate Goodstart Educator to join their North Sydney Centre. This permanent, full-time role involves developing exceptional learning programs tailored to children's needs within a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate holds at least a Certificate III in Early Childhood, has a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, and is dedicated to providing a safe and inclusive learning experience for all children.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) required.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards essential.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Senior Educators to craft and enhance learning programs.
• Ensure safety and inclusivity in the learning environment.
• Build strong relationships with a small group of children as a Key Educator.
