Job summary

Busy Bees at Springfield Lakes is looking for a Diploma Educator to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis. You will support engaging play-based learning aligned with EYLF and help create a nurturing environment where children thrive.

This role requires a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and current child-safety credentials. We value teamwork, strong communication, and a commitment to child safety, with benefits including uniform allowances, 50% childcare

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Working with Children Check for QLD
• Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Springfield Lakes on a full-time basis. You will play an important role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education and care, helping to create a nurturing and engaging environment where children thrive.
