Job summary

G8 Education Ltd's Little Blossoms Child Care Centre in Victoria is seeking an experienced Diploma-qualified Educator to join as a Casual Assistant Educator. You will contribute to building an outstanding learning environment for children aged 0-5, supported by a team of qualified Early Childhood professionals.

The role offers flexible casual hours within operating times of 6:30am to 6:30pm and opportunities to develop your career through Wonder.LAB, EAP, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Diploma in Children’s Services.
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Experience with children 0–5 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Current Working with Children Check
• First Aid certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality early childhood education and care for 0–5 year olds.
• Support and assist qualified educators.
• Maintain safe, engaging learning environments indoors and outdoors.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities. About You

• Hold a minimum ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven sector experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check
• First Aid certificate
