Eden Academy is excited to announce a new position for an Educator at our Botanic Ridge centre. We prioritize our educators' well-being, creating a nurturing environment for both staff and children alike.

Qualifications

• Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
• Possess a current Working with Children Check.
• Have full Australian working rights.
• Exhibit a warm, professional presence and a genuine passion for early learning.
• Be able to connect confidently with children, families and the community.
• Provide two professional references, including one from a manager or supervisor.

Operating from 6:30am - 6:30pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources.

In your role as an Educator;

• You will Nurture little learners through playful learning and meaningful connection
• Create engaging environments that spark curiosity and wonder

• Bring positive energy and a team-first attitude to every room
• Guide and spark a love of learning that stays with our little leaners for life

What You’ll Bring:

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
• A current Working with Children Check
• Full Australian working rights
• A warm, professional presence and a genuine passion for early learning
• Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
