Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning is seeking an Educational Leader to guide a team of educators and create thoughtful, provoking learning experiences for every child in West Lakes, Adelaide. The role leverages our National Learning, Research and Development Program (NLRDP) and offers mentoring, collaboration with researchers, and access to extensive professional development resources.

You’ll work rotating shifts (6:30 am–6:30 pm), with options for full-time or part-time, and benefit from wellbeing

Qualifications

• AnACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care required.
• Current SA Working with Children’s Check or willingness to obtain.
• Current SA Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain.
• HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate and CPR or willingness to obtain.
• National Child Safety Training or willingness to obtain.
• National Police Clearance obtained in the last 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of educators to create thoughtful learning experiences for children.
• Develop and implement curriculum aligned with National Learning, Research, and Development Program (NLRDP).
• Collaborate with teams across Australia to enhance educational practice.

About You:

• AnACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or above
• A current SA Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
• Current SA Child Protection Training (or willingto obtain)
• Current HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate and CPR (or willing to obtain)
• National Child Safety Training (or willing to obtain)
• National Police Clearance obtained in the last 6 months
• Must be available to work rotating shifts that may start as early as 6:30 am and finish as late as 6:30 pm, permanent part time 5 days a week, Monday to Friday
