Job summary

Only About Children Glebe in Sydney is seeking an Educational Leader to guide curriculum, support educators and shape rich learning environments where children's curiosity and confidence grow.

As part of the Campus Leadership Team, you will coach Room Leaders, drive reflection, ensure high-quality practice, and lead planning cycles across rooms while advocating for children's rights and participation.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Early Childhood Education with EYLF familiarity.
• Experience leading a room or team in an ECEC setting.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF, and Child Safe Standards.
• Excellent communication, documentation and relationship-building skills.
• Current Working with Children Check and state child protection clearance.

Responsibilities

• Guide curriculum development across the campus to create meaningful programs.
• Lead the assessment and planning cycle consistently across rooms.
• Support educators with planning, documentation, and reflective practice.
• Coach teams to connect children's interests with curriculum decisions.
• Champion children’s voice, rights, and participation in learning.
• Contribute to QIP, self-assessment and educational practice goals.
