Job summary

Little Peoples Early Learning Centre in Horsley, NSW is seeking an Educational Leader to drive curriculum and pedagogy at our Brooks Reach Service.

You will mentor educators, collaborate with families and the Nominated Supervisor to ensure learning programs reflect EYLF and NQS, while maintaining health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• ACECQA recognised ECT degree (or working towards)
• NESA Teacher Accreditation (or applying/working towards)
• Current NSW Working with Children Check
• Completed Child Protection Training and current child-safe practices

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide educators to ensure reflective, intentional learning programs
• Collaborate with Nominated Supervisor to drive continuous improvement
• Observe, assess and adapt curriculum to meet children's needs
• Collaborate with families and community to embed inclusive practices
• Monitor curriculum outcomes and ensure regulatory and quality standards
• Lead reflective practice and professional discussions within the team
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and hygiene standards
