About the Role

Join an established, high-performing 92-place centre in Delacombe known for its stability, strong culture, and long-standing team. You’ll be part of an experienced team that includes the Centre Director, Educational Leader, Admin Support. As Educational Leader, you’ll champion pedagogy, guide reflective practice, and support a culture of continuous improvement across the service.

Working closely with the Centre Director and team, you’ll mentor educators, drive quality outcomes, and embed a learning culture that celebrates curiosity, creativity, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the educational program, ensuring alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards.
  • Mentor and support educators through reflective practice and intentional coaching.
  • Collaborate with the management team to plan, evaluate, and enhance the educational program.
  • Model best practice and lead by example, both on and off the floor.
  • Two full days off the floor.
  • Support Assessment & Rating preparation and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with families and the community to enrich learning outcomes.
  • Drive innovation and embed the service philosophy in everyday practice.
About You
  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated experience as an Educational Leader or senior educator in a high-quality early learning setting.
  • Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF, and A&R process.
  • Proven ability to mentor, coach, and inspire educators.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and evidence-informed practice.
