Job summary

Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CACGEL) is seeking an Education Support Lead – Operations to steer operations across School & Family Services and redesign the Wellbeing & Inclusion team’s processes.

You will partner with schools and professionals to support inclusion and wellbeing strategies for CACGEL students, lead incident response development, and ensure compliance with emergency management obligations and training requirements.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or a minimum of 5 years working in a similar role.
• WWVP registration and Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to commencement.
• Current Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across School & Family Services and redesign Wellbeing & Inclusion processes.
• Develop and implement school incident response teams and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with emergency management obligations and staff training requirements.
