Responsibilities

• All food allocated for each class set out on separate trays and cut into portions as instructed; clean up after demonstrations and set up for practical classes.
• Assist in cleaning equipment used during classes.
• Clean benches, stoves, ovens, microwaves and fully clean ovens each term; deep clean kitchens at term end.
• Wash and fold tea-towels and tablecloths; tidy cupboards and shelves as needed.
• Notify staff of work area repairs, including lighting tubes; manage stock and supplies in consultation with teachers.
• Assist with maintaining equipment inventory and stocktaking; support school activities and cooperate as a team.
