Responsibilities

• Provides routine support for teachers including planning student routines.
• Supports communication between teachers and parents.
• Communicates with teachers on routine student matters.
• Provides basic physical care and wellbeing support for students.
• Communicates with students to support understanding of tasks.
• Maintains classroom and student data per school policy.
• Coordinates work of aides and supports educational programs.
• Delivers medical intervention support under defined guidance.
• Provides specialised communication support (e.g., AUSLAN, braille).
