Job summary

Randstad Education seeks a candidate to manage and process incoming applications for the early childhood sector from contact through interviews and reference checks. You will screen applications, conduct interviews, and verify references to ensure suitability and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong ECEC knowledge, attention to detail, and clear communication. A hybrid work model is available, with Monday–Friday availability.

Qualifications

• Direct experience or strong working knowledge of the Early Childhood Education and Care sector.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to follow a thorough process.
• Proven ability to evaluate skills, soft skills, and compliance for childcare placements.
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication for interviews and reference gathering.
