Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for an experienced Partner Manager to drive partner-led revenue growth in the ANZ Public Sector. You will lead sell-with motions with SI and ISV partners, identifying opportunities and accelerating joint go-to-market plans across Education and Greenfield accounts.

The ideal candidate has a strong partner sales or business development background, deep familiarity with the Australian public sector, and the ability to engage credibly at executive and field

Competenze

• 7+ years in business development, partner development, sales or alliances management.
• Experience building detailed go-to-market plans.
• Experience defining requirements and using data to yield insights.
• Experience with government procurement and contracting processes.
• Experience collaborating with matrixed stakeholders to achieve goals.
• Experience with AWS partner programs or equivalent cloud partner programs.
• 7+ years in public sector business, policy or government relations.
• Deep understanding of SI and ISV partner models and co-sell motions.

• Own and execute the partner sales strategy for the territory.
• Drive revenue via partner-involved opportunities with AWS field teams.
• Embed with field teams as the partner expert for opportunities.
• Lead sell-with engagements and co-sell with SI and ISV partners.
• Build trusted relationships with partner field sales and GTM priorities.
• Manage pipeline targets and report partner-involved metrics.
• Leverage AWS partner programs to accelerate capability and deal velocity.
• Prepare and present business reviews to senior management.
• Travel up to 25% within Australia as required.
