Job summary

One Playground is Asia-Pacific’s premier premium fitness and wellness education provider. We seek an Education Manager to own the learner journey, design standards, and scale high-quality education across coaches, students and multiple clubs.

You will lead the Student Success Specialist and Academy Educators, building consistent experiences while maintaining compliance with RTO standards and AUSactive recognition. This role combines strategy with hands-on delivery across campuses.

Qualifications

Own and scale education programs across coaches, students and campuses.
Set standards, policies and contracts to ensure premium learner experience.
Lead educators and support teams to deliver consistent outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own the full portfolio of education, from induction to certification.
Build and manage a unified education calendar across programs and campuses.
Set program standards and ensure resources, staff and spaces meet requirements.
Onboard learners and design inductions that set expectations from day one.
Match learners to placements and ensure hosts are prepared for success.
Oversee attendance, progression and completion with weekly cohort tracking.
Lead learner support, including escalations and feedback loops.
Maintain high-quality curriculum, compliance and relationships with RTO partners.
Own reporting and LMS operations; manage education budget and rhythm.
