Job summary

St Joseph’s College, part of Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd, is seeking an ICT Technician to support the College's ICT services across staff, students and classrooms. The role includes maintenance, troubleshooting, and assisting with procurement and upgrades under ICT leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and delivering the school ICT service.
• Be aware of school and government policies and deliver ICT services accordingly.
• Assist with ICT and data systems within the school and contribute to planning and monitoring.
• Maintain compliance with Child Safety, OH&S and data confidentiality.
• Develop relationships and communicate with staff, students and partners.
• Share expertise and support the ICT team and College initiatives.
• Maintain an up-to-date ICT inventory and assist with annual ICT audits.
• Support College Audio-Visual Technologies and network management.
