Job summary

Bytewize Consulting seeks highly experienced IT professionals to deliver technical support services for the Department of Education through the Technical Support to Schools Program (TSSP) in Victoria.

These roles are not entry-level and require a minimum of five years in the industry, with prior TSSP or education-sector ICT experience. Employment can be offered as contract, casual, or permanent, with opportunities for professional development and salary reviews.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of industry experience, including work within TSSP or the education sector.
• Experience maintaining ICT infrastructure in schools or large educational environments.
• Eligibility to work in Australia and ability to pass police/background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer and support school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support services in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership teams and deliver ICT professional development when required.
