The Migration Company in Sydney is seeking a full-time international student counsellor/education consultant to join our professional team. You will provide prospective students with information about studying in Australia, answer inquiries by phone or email, design study plans, assist with documents for university applications and visas, and liaise with admission staff.

This role requires strong English, excellent customer service, and solid time management, with exposure to sales and marketing

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or above required.
• Familiar with Australian international education and immigration system.
• Excellent student service awareness and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong sales and service promotion mindset.
• Experience in education consulting industry preferred.
• QEAC certification desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Eligibility to work in Australia.

Responsabilidades

• Act as international student counsellor/education consultant with our professional team in Sydney office.
• Provide students with information about studying in Australian universities and institutions.
• Answer student inquiries via telephone or email.
• Design study plans tailored to each student’s situation.
• Prepare documents for university applications/enrolment and visa applications.
• Liaise between students and admission officers.
• Participate in student activities and marketing campaigns to collect potential client data.
• Make outbound calls or messages to identify sales leads.
• Handle other student services including applications, visas and study plans.
• Maintain a professional online presence and social media appearance.

• A full -time international student counsellor /education consultant to work with our professional team in Sydney office;
• Providing students with professional and comprehensive information about studying in Australian universities and institutions;
• Answer student’s daily enquiries via telephone or email;
• Design a reasonable and effective study plan according to the student’s situation;
• Instruct students to prepare documents for university application/enrolment and visa application.
• Liaise between students and admission officer
• Paticipate in student activities and marketing campaigns to collect potential client data.
• Make outbound cold calls or send messages to targeted clients identifying potential sale lead
• Deal with other student service duties including but not limited to applications visas and study plans.
• Social Media Appearance (Company Videos)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above;
• Familiar with Australian international education and immigration system;
• Have excellent student service awareness and communication skills;
• Fluent in English
• Have a certain sense of sales and service promotionï¼;
• Experience in the education consulting industry is preferred;
• QEAC Certification is desirable but not mandatory;
• Sophisticated skill in Microsoft Office software;
• Strong time -management and multitasking skills;
• Need to have work rights.
