Job summary

Realus Education, part of First Education & Technology Group, seeks an Education Consultant to guide families through the student journey, from consultation to AI reporting, class placement, and ongoing progress updates. You will be the first impression, building trusted relationships with families in Melbourne.

Role includes communicating progress, managing renewals and referrals, and supporting campus operations.

Qualifications

• Warm, patient, reliable, and highly organised.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about education and family support.
• Must hold (or be able to obtain) an Employee Working With Children Check.
• Experience in education, customer service, or consulting preferred.
