Job summary

Baseline Projects is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead on-site operations for education builds in NSW. You will manage day-to-day construction activities, coordinate trades, and uphold safety, quality, and program requirements on projects up to $25M.

You will oversee toolbox talks, inductions, and QA processes, liaise with project teams and stakeholders, and drive timely delivery while maintaining high standards of safety and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as Site Manager on education or commercial builds.
• Experience delivering new build projects up to $25M.
• White Card and valid Driver’s Licence.
• Strong leadership and communication on site.
• Experience with HammerTech or similar safety systems.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate trades and site logistics to meet milestones.
• Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and daily pre-starts.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality compliance.
• Perform QA checks and manage defect rectification.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with Project Managers, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve site issues promptly.
