Job summary

Civica Education Suite support role based in Adelaide, Australia. As Level 2 Application Support Analyst, you will analyse and resolve complex software issues, working with Level 3, Product, Engineering and Technical Operations teams to drive timely resolutions.

You will troubleshoot production incidents, review logs, perform data validation, and communicate clearly with customers; experience with education or SIS modules is a plus. Flexible work options and an inclusive culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in application support within enterprise, SaaS, ERP or SIS environments.
• Strong SQL skills including data validation and joins.
• Experience troubleshooting production incidents and performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and troubleshoot Civica Education Suite application problems.
• Collaborate with Level 3 Support, Product, Engineering and Technical Operations teams to resolve issues.
• Provide clear, customer-facing updates and manage SLA-driven cases.
