Job summary

Kip McGrath Education Centre in Melbourne is seeking an Education Advisor to join our New Business Team. You will combine teaching knowledge with strong communication and customer service to assess student needs and guide families through enrolment.

You will conduct educational assessments, recommend personalized learning programs and maintain accurate records to support growth and student success.

Responsibilities

• Recommend Kip McGrath programs and learning pathways; communicate value for enrolment.
• Follow up with prospective families and leads promptly and professionally.
• Build strong relationships with parents, students and centre managers.
• Explain Kip McGrath's teaching methodologies, programs and Terms & Conditions.
• Complete assessment and enrolment administration accurately including learning objectives and student data.
• Maintain records and use data to monitor and improve assessment and conversion outcomes.
• Work with the teaching team to ensure high-quality, consistent learning experiences.
• Contribute to centre growth through excellent customer service and proactive follow-up.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Education Advisor, you will play an important role in supporting families through their first steps with Kip McGrath. You will combine your teaching knowledge with strong communication and customer service skills to assess student needs, recommend appropriate learning programs and support families through the enrolment journey.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting high-quality educational assessments and providing clear, professional feedback to families.
• Understanding each student’s individual learning needs, strengths and areas for development.
• Recommending appropriate Kip McGrath programs and learning pathways.
  Working towards conversion targets by clearly communicating the value of our personalised learning programs.
• Following up with prospective families and leads in a timely and professional manner.
• Building strong, positive relationships with parents, students and centre managers.
• Explaining Kip McGrath's teaching methodologies, programs and Terms & Conditions.
• Completing assessment and enrolment administration accurately, including learning objectives, goals and student information.
• Maintaining accurate records and using data to monitor and improve assessment and conversion outcomes.
• Working closely with our teaching team to ensure students receive a high-quality and consistent learning experience.
• Contributing to the growth and success of the centre through excellent customer service and proactive follow-up.
