Job summary

My Muscle Chef is seeking a Content Creator & Editor who lives and breathes social content. You’ll take ideas from concept to screen, filming, presenting and editing scroll-stopping content across TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms.

With strong CapCut skills and a passion for fitness, food and healthy living, you’ll help make My Muscle Chef a brand people want to watch, follow and engage with. You’ll lead high-volume production and work with the Marketing team to deliver a weekly content

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years’ experience creating and editing social content.
• Advanced CapCut skills, supported by a strong portfolio/showreel of high-performing short-form content.
• Proven ability to script, shoot, present and edit engaging vertical video at a high weekly volume.
• Confident, natural on-camera presence with authenticity.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and emerging formats.
• Genuine passion for fitness, food, nutrition and active living.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit approximately 50 pieces of social content each week, including original videos, cut-downs and platform-specific edits.
• Direct influencers, athletes, creators and team members to capture authentic content across locations.
• Stay ahead of social trends and turn them into fresh, original content that feels relevant to My Muscle Chef.
• Use performance insights to refine hooks, formats and edits for stronger engagement.
• Collaborate with the Head of Creative, Content & Community and Marketing to deliver the weekly content pipeline.
