Job summary

Empire Group is seeking an eDiscovery Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of electronic discovery projects. The role involves managing data collection, processing and review across stages, with strong client liaison and reporting responsibilities.

You will work with a team of eDiscovery professionals to deliver cutting-edge document management solutions and foster client relationships, with a remote-working option for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in end-to-end eDiscovery.
• Bachelor degree in Law, Computer Science, IT or Business.
• Relativity skills are desirable.
• Strong IT literacy.
• Strong project management skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end eDiscovery services, identify, process and collect electronic data across stages.
• Project manage data across multiple stages and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide regular reports.
• Assist with training junior staff and develop client solutions.

The Client

Our client is well known globally for providing their clients with innovative technology solutions to complex commercial challenges.

The Role

Working with a number of the most highly regarded eDiscovery professionals in the field, you will be an integral part of the team assisting in the delivery of cutting edge document management solutions nationally. This will include identifying, processing and collecting electronic data along with project managing the data across different stages and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders. There is also a strong consultative element to the role and you will be required to develop and maintain strong client relationships, provide reports, assist with training junior staff as well as develop and provide client solutions.

You

To be successful you will have:

• A minimum of three years’ experience in end to end eDiscovery
• Bachelor Degree in either Law, Computer Science, IT or Business
• Strong Relativity skills are highly desrirable
• Strong IT literacy
• Strong project management skills
• Be self-motivated along with the ability to work autonomously and in a team
• Interested, engaged and keen to contribute with a high degree of professionalism
