As a C&K Quality and Regulation Advisor, you play a critical role in supporting the implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and driving continuous quality improvement across C&K.By providing expert guidance on C&K policy, regulatory compliance, and best practices in early childhood education, the position ensures that centres meet and exceed the National Quality Standard. Working closely with regional and central teams, the role contributes to developing targeted resources, facilitating professional learning, and supporting centres through the Assessment and Rating process. Through regular centre visits and collaboration, the role fosters a culture of reflective practice and compliance, directly influencing the quality of education and care provided. The impact of this position extends beyond individual centres, shaping systemic improvements that uphold C&K’s commitment to excellence and ensuring positive outcomes for children, families, and educators across the organisation.
As a subject matter expert, the Quality and Regulation Advisor provides guidance and support to staff across C&K — including both those in child-facing roles and those in operational or support functions.
This Advisor role will support the Childcare team and will involve some travel, including to locations outside the Greater Brisbane area.
