Responsibilities

As a Service Advisor, your responsibilities include overseeing service orders and the flow of the service drive to ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Responsibilities include the following (additional duties may be assigned):

1. Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to ensure the customer is well-handled.
2. Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
3. Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
4. Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
5. Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
6. Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.
7. Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards.
8. Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
9. Maintain good working relationships with factories and foster positive employee relations.

Qualifications
