Job summary

Guardian Springfield Lakes is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to shape young minds within world‑class spaces for children aged 4–5. You’ll bring Guardian’s To BE Me learning program to life, support your team of educators, and collaborate with families to celebrate every moment.

Qualifications

• Completion of national mandatory Child Protection training
• University degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education (ACEQA approved)
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework
• Previous experience as an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)
• Current Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card)

Responsibilities

• Teach and care for children aged 4–5 years
• Bring Guardian’s To BE Me learning programs to life daily
• Support and collaborate with fellow educators to develop best practices
• Engage with families to celebrate children’s milestones

The Centre:

Guardian SpringfieldLakesis a well-regarded centrelocatedin a modern building overlooking thelake, known for its welcoming, community-focused culture andstrong teamenvironment.

Our Springfield Lakes centre has a diverse offering with French lessons through the Ella program, weekly tennis lessons, nature walks and two architecturally-designed outdoor areas with a sandpit, bike track, and veggie garden.

Here’s what you’ll bring:

• Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform
• Tertiary Qualifications (University Degree or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA
• Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework
• Previous experience working in the early childhood sector as an ECT (essential)
• Current Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card).
